Apostle Duane Swilley has been in the ministry for most of his life. As a child growing up, he traveled with his family as they sang and ministered at churches around the country. As an adult, after completing his business degree from Georgia Tech in 1975, he founded his own company, renovating Victorian houses. He also worked for three years as a very successful entrepreneur with “Imperial Group Limited”, an acquisition company which owns banks, hotels, and restaurants.

As a young businessman, he founded one of the largest youth organizations in America, called ALPHA. Using music, drama, dance and humor to reach and inspire youth by motivating them toward a successful lifestyle away from drugs, alcohol, sex and gangs. Over a ten-year period, ALPHA reached approximately 25,000 youth in the Atlanta area. Apostle Swilley joined the staff at his uncle’s church in Atlanta, Georgia where he worked for 17 years as an associate pastor and experienced the phenomenal growth of the congregation from 150 to over 15,000. Also during this time, Apostle was named the Chaplain for the Atlanta Falcons.

in 1995, Apostle Duane answered the call of God in Miami, Florida where he Founded and Pastored A Place Called Hope Church, now Hope United. Hope United is a multi-cultural church with representation from many different nations. The church’s outreach into the culture of South Florida with a message of hope and family restoration remains a driving focus of the congregation.

After installing Pastors Joshua and Keren in 2013 as lead pastors of Hope United, Apostle and his wife resumed traveling ministry. Today Apostle and Prophet Deborah travel internationally building up families within the body of Christ as well as overseeing many ministries that they cover.

El Apóstol Duane Swilley lleva más de 42 años en el ministerio. La Profeta Deborah Swilley a sido un gran ejemplo de dedicación como esposa y madre por más de 40 años. Durante ese tiempo también se dedico a la enseñanza de principios matrimoniales exitosos al igual que a los secretos de cómo encaminar a los hijos hacia sus destinos en Dios. Sus tres hijos actualmente se dedican al ministerio en varias capacidades de liderazgo. Deborah Swilley a utilizado su don profético para también equipar y encaminar a mujeres, y a hombres por igual, en sus llamados.

Durante sus muchos años de ministerio el Apóstol Swilley y la Profeta Deborah han demostrado una unción especial para la familia y el matrimonio. El Apóstol Guillermo Maldonado ha declarado que Duane Swilley es el Apóstol de Dios al mundo, para la Familia y el Matrimonio.
